The coalition for the homeless distribute hot food who those that are in need, they provide a job training program that will help people get back onto their feet with these new skills.
Covenant House
The covenant house helps to home people so they have a safe place to stay instead of having to sleep outside. They help to provide homes especially to those that are young.
The Bowery Mission
The bowery mission is focused on helping those with trouble get back on their feet with their many programs. They even hire people from their programs to work for them creating a cycle of people helping each other.
The solution is together
There are many solutions that people have come up with with each of these foundations having a great solution to these causes. much of the money that you will donate will go into programs that will help the homeless find thier own homes even own jobs. Until then there will be homes for them in the shelters and hot food provided for them as well and all other in need.
Of corse this cant just be accomplished alone we have to work together in other for this to work. Helping your own community can also be a little solution that you can do is to donate clothes that are lightly worn, especially socks or any main clothing are great.
